I have a WD My Passport usb being used as a backup from my computer on a lan with ip 192.168.1.2 and I have a new WDEX4100 I set up on a different lan with lan ip 192.168.0.10 Smartware works fine with the Passport but can’t see the EX4100 on the other lan. The ip 192.168.0.10 comes from my cable modem and the ip 192.168.1.2 comes from my local cisco modem, any ideas on how to be able to see my EX4100 from my Smartpro software?

Hi Jonclaud, Smartware wont be able to find the EX4100 if it’s part of a different network.
