I want to make a backup feature in Dropbox with it’s “continued support” but the option was not available appears, as shown in the picture.

Update the lasf firmware problably 2 moths ago and errase de unity and load again.

I am using a My Passport Ultra and there is no firmware for it on the WD site. I have already re-installed the software but it made no difference,
This is a problem with the software, not the firmware. The option is not available. Can someone from WD weigh in on this? Is this option available in the premium version? If not, why not? I really like the product, but I want it to do continuous backups to Dropbox as well as to my MyCloud device, so would like to have this option enabled.
