Monitoring the status of a smartware pro back up only shows for 1 of 2 windows USER accounts on my PC. When logged in as “USER A”, the back up status (when running) doesn’t show nor does the files and space used. When logged on as USER B in windows it all seems to show properly. Any ideas why or how to make the software show the status of the back up no matter which user is logged on.

Please note that the backup needs to be setup separately for each user. Basically, one backup for each user.
If you already did this, can you please share some screen shots of the situation.
Yes I actually only set up the back up for one user and that’s the one I cannot see the status of the back up or further documentation. I accidently logged on as the second user and that’s how I saw the screen looked different showing status etc. In fact for the second user I didn’t select ENABLE back up, but that’s the user it appears to be running correctl on
Screenshot 1 is the user I set up the back up for and screenshot 2 is the user I didn’t. Data and status of a runing back up show on user 2 but not user 1.
