I am trying to install SmartWare so I can have auto backup. I updated my Windows 7 Home software. Then I clicked SES Driver Setup then SmartWare Setup (x64). A window appears, To update WD SmartWare to the latest version, click Update Software , in the WD SmartWare application. When I close this window another window states, WD SmartWare Setup Wizard ended Prematurely because of an error.
Where is the WD SmartWare application located? I cant find it?
How to fix the error in SmartWare Setup Wizard?
Is there some WD shop / agent in Singapore I could go for help ?
