Hi Smartware people. I have been experiencing a partial backup problem. When I view the file it is shown as “itunes library,itl” and the reason for failure is given as “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”
I recently went to Windows 10 and this may not be an important file for me to back up but I dont know. iTunes works ok on my system so its not an immediate problem I just want a full backup.
I am running Smartware 1.2.0.8

I am not sure what has happened but the failure to copy this file and the reasons for it seem to have disappeared. I rebooted and checked that the file in question had no properties set that precluded backup.
I any case I think that we should consider this closed for the moment and unless it reappears we should leave it that way
