Well, I need to order over 500 external hard drives for my company. Having been unable to find a way to remove SmartWare permanently, and due to the problems it poses, I guess I’ve to look elsewhere.

Forcing a UDF partition on all potential users? Having used WD myself almost exclusively for over 15 years, this experience is surreal.

Unfortunately, Elements is only USB 2.0. :frowning:
