I just bought my MyBook 1TB HD and i set the smartware to back up all my files, and to my surprise when i was done all my backed up files have an ‘@0’ in the file name. There is no setting (that i could find) to take this off and i dont see a point to it. I dont know how to fix it or make it stop doing this. Please help
Smartware does versioning of files that are backed up. You are likely seeing this. You would need to change the number of versions in the settings to 1 to avoid this.
