Why did Smartware see MyCloud when I set the system up yesterday and now it cant find it no matter what. It even ran a scheldueld backup at 3 am last night. I am having the same problem from my PC and MAC. From what I can tell, this is terrible and inconsistent software. MyCloud is being shipped back to where it came from if I dont get any straight forward resolutions. I have done all the reboots and uninstall / reinstall activities possible.
"smart"ware is pretty basic and crappy soft with good looking gui, use real and effective backup solutions instead.
