Has this happened to anyone else? I can’t figure out a solution to save my life. I’m running Win 7 64-bit and it was working perfectly up until a week or so ago when I noticed that SmartWare folder in the Start Menu was empty for some weird reason. So I went back to the drive to install it and that’s the message I received. I did update the software to 1.5.1.6 so I don’t know what else to do.
Clean your registry with CCleaner (Free) or any other registry optimizer of your choice, then re-install Smartware from WD’s site.
