Not much more to say, pathetic. Mac and PC problems, so dissapointing.
I use abosolutely no software from WD to access my MyCloud device, from PC, or from Android smartphone or from Surface RT = a happy user 
WD Software on PC and on Android is in very early stages and currently not usable for me.
Do you do any routine backups on your devices / computers? And if so, how? Manually copying files is working fine for me.
