I am running Windows 10, i have tried installing Smartware version 2.4.13.7 as administrator.
It runs through the install programme and says it has installed successfully, but it is not in the all apps list, or in the programme folder???
Can any body Help
Hi, are you downloading the application from WD Website? Do you have any antivirus or firewall installed on your computer?

I have AVG antivirus, i have tried installing with it switched off.
I have windows firewall on.
I seem to have a problem with my Windows 10 Installation
