Even if I exit outlook and wait for hours (computer wont go into standy anymore), not all my .pst files are backup’ed (reason in smartware: file to be backup’ed/“Zu sichernde Datei”).
What can I do to backup them consistently?

Is it why this type of file is big about 1Go for me? or is the file type?
I have seen this issue in the latest SmartWare releases. If PST files are not being backed up, you may use the option from Outlook to export PST files, and choose your external as the destination.
