Not PRO version.
New 2TB ‘My Passport’ out of the box a few hours ago. SW reports up todate.
Open SmartWare and the HOME tab shows My Passport but nothing for backup source!
BB willl not allow me to post images!
You should contact support to troubleshoot this issue.
