Other internal WD drive not showing as target.only shows MCloud & drop box
Are you talking about another internal drive on the computer you are using? Are you trying to back up to that drive? Have you read the Help information provided on the Help tab>Backup along with all information 
that is provided on the Home tab?

I see several ways to do what you want to do. If you have backed up your computer to your My Cloud you should be able to retrieve what you backed up and have it go to your other drive. You can use the Dashboard and make a safepoint to that drive.
You should be able to drag and drop everything on your C drive to the other drive. I think that would be the fastest way.
