SmartWare 2.4.12: File backup backs up entire user dir

Smartware 2.4.12 does not allow individual directories to be specified for backup, in File Backup. As a result, all the files and directories under C:\Users\XYZ are getting backed up to My Passport drive. The previous version used to allow specifying specific directories for backup. (The OS is Windows 10.)

Is there some way to fix this so that only specific folders can be backed up, like it used to in the previous version? OR Is it possible to downgrade to the previous version?
