Hi fellas,

I have a very very fast internet connection at home in use with my router. I experience an extremely slow connection whenever I attempt to use wd2go.com to access music files etc on my book live.

any suggestions guys on getting a faster connection

As a recommendation, you can try to check your firewall settings on your router.

Also, check if your router is a Gigabit router since the transfer speed will be as slow as the slowest connection on the network.  Meaning that you can have a 20 Mbit download speed on your internet service but if your router is 10/100, the internal speed will be very slow.
