Slow upload speed

When I upload something, I only get an upload speed of only 0.5 Mbps However, when I upload in different windows, I get another 0.5Mbps

Wiring: My Cloud → router (2wire 2701HGV-E)
Macbook Pro → router (wireless) [no LAN port]

Lighting: Back of My Cloud is steady orange blinking yellow. Back of router is just blinking yellow.

Please help me. I don’t know what to do. Thank you in advance.

Your router only supports 100Mbps ethetnet (x1 100Mbps wan & x4 100mbps lan) and b/g wifi. With these two, your transfer speed is quite limited. Also since your Mac lacks lan port (which you can link using a gigabit switch), there’s nothing much that can help except upgrade your router with 1Gbps ethernet port and at least n or a/c wifi if your Mac supports.

Sigh. Thanks for the info. Could not expect much since it is still using ADSL =.=

If you can’t change the adsl router due to ISP, you could still bridge another new router with gigabit port and faster wifi.
