Slow Transfer Speeds

I have recently purchased 2 1TB My Passport Essential Drives and 1 2TB Passport Drive

I get only 10MB/second with the 1TB drives which is not good but I can put up with it.

The 2TB drive gets only 2.4/6MB/second. This is the biggest [Deleted]…is it normal?

Why don’t I least get the same as the 1TB drives??? Is it something I should contact WD about?

You should contact WD Tech support, I have two Passport of 1 TB and I get between 20 to 21 MB/s transfer rate.
