Slow Transfer speeds

Hi, just got MLB and My Net n900. My file transfer speed is 10 MBs. I’m using CAT5e. I have an HP pavilion with Phenom 9500 running Vista. I was hoping to get about 60-80 MBs. Any suggestions? Is there no way to search this forum? Thanks.
