Slow & Media-Serving No Longer Works

So sometime in the past 2-3 weeks. I’ve noticed that MBL had gotten painfully slow. Connecting to the dashboard takes a solid 1-2 minutes now. Rebooting hasn’t solved anything, though it used to.

Occasionally I can move files to/from swiftly but the Twonky media server is completely broken. Despite Media Sharing being enabled for the particular share, Twonky still won’t serve my media to my 360.

Any advice what I can do to diagnose and/or repair?

I assume that you have used the diagnostic in the dashboard.

I’m pretty sure the tools are broken. The quick diagnostic test hangs at 90% for a *long time*. Is that normal?

I have never used the long test so I don’t know, however it does say that the test could take some time. Did it pass the short test.
