I have WD MY passport Blue 1TB and a few month ago it has started to work low data rate. If want to open a file in it, it takes 5 min only to open a file. When i check disk health by using WD softwares that i could not remember name it showed me only reallocated sector count was fail. there was any other fail. is main cause reallocated sector count? how can i fix my drive, i need to repair it because i cant copy my files from external device to my other PCs because of drive is working very slow.
- question is how can i back it up to another pc or drive?
- question is can i repair it by using any software?
