I think was OK until recent firmwear/software update using win11 explorer. After selecting WD-Home drive and folders come up normally… the issue when selecting subfolder takes about 10 seconds before that folder opens.

Had to reset my Arris cable modem today due to losing connection along with voice/IP phone. After reset access speed return to normal to cloud.
Related question please explain the difference between on setup the “public” folder and then setting “Z” as stated in the setup manual?
