Access to WD my cloud is fantastically slow via the desktop app. To the point that it is impossible to use. It is quicker if I go via google and log on. The problem I have then is that various jpg files (photos) are ‘unsupported’.
I also wanted to use my WD my cloud to store my music files on. I have pretty much given up on that.
Any ideas?
What type of computer and operating system are you using?

Image One, I have my Desktop computer shared on my network. Here is my music.
Image Two, my music on Twonky. While I am only able to capture an image of some of the albums they are all there.
I haven’t had any problems with my pictures. They are shared too.
