Slideshow cutting out pictures.(WD tv live)

Hello, i was wondering if you could help me resolve an issue i have with WD TV Live.

I use them for slideshows at work, but after a while it cuts out pictures from the loop. So suddently instead of going pictures 1-9 it goes 2-9. And the only way to reset it, is to restart the slideshow manually.

I should note that i manage 10 of these media players for the company. They stream important data, and it’s inconvenient to have to restart them manually.

Is this happening in all of the devices or just one?

It’s happening to all of them, but not at the same time. Seems like there is a weakness in the design. Have tried with several different firmware verions.
