Slide show not working

I am new to the forum. I have WD TV Live (bought last year). Never upgraded the software, but it has been working fine. Yesterday I tried to play slideshow with photos and I get the spinning circle.

I have a USB 1TB drive connected to it (so now wireless streaming). I have photos in different folders (2 to 3 folders down). I can see the thumbnails, but when I try to enlarge it or play slideshow, I get the spinning circle. Used to work before.

Some folders have 100s of photos some only 10s (like 30).

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Looks like I fixed it. I following the advise I saw in another post, and pulled the plug for 15 sec or so and cleared the RAM. It seems to be working now.
