When I set up MyCloud I noticed a 5 min sleep or hibernate setting. I left it at the 5 min default. When the device goes into this mode how do I reset, restart or activate the device. I get an error message then I have to unplug the device to reset. Once reset I can access the device.
It wakes automatically as soon as it’s accessed. The only thing actually going to sleep is the internal disk. The NAS itself is online all the time.
