hello, I’m trying to select some folders to synchronize them on dropbox, but there are two double folders that the reality does not exist on the NAS on which I can not remove the check, is a problem already known? and if there is a solution to remedy this loop
The Dropbox App may contain some type of corruption that is preventing the Dropbox app to sync properly. You can try uninstalling and installing the Dropbox application from the Dashboard of the WD My Cloud device. It should resolve the issue. After uninstalling the Dropbox app restart the WD My Cloud device and log back into the Dashboard and install the Dropbox app again.
