Signing unauthorized on My cloud, after configuring My Cloud Home

Hi everyone,

I bought a my cloud home and i’ve configure it but I did return it because it wasn’t what I was looking for. Instead, I’ve exchange for the prior version, my cloud. While configuring the WD sync app I found out that I wasn’t able to login if I was on another network. On local network I can find the device and use my account.

I need help how to solve this because I need to that app work outside the local network.


Did you do the port forwarding thing?

You need ports 80 and 443 mapped to use the cloud services.
