Signing into MyCloud

I went to my normal sign in page, clicked on sign in, I can see the icon of the WD Cloud device, I click on it and it says that the page cannot be found.  Why can I not get to my cloud via my google browser like I used to be able to.  I can see my IP address listed so everything makes sense.

What happens if you input your device’s IP address in your browser? it should take you directly to the Dashboard while on your local network.

did you set a static IP? if not how do you know that is the current IP? you should be able to see the currently assined IP in the router configuration
