I am on windows 10, I can signin to MyCloud from my iphone and ipad, but can not from my Laptop or Desktop. I bringup mycloud, it shows my cloud in the network, (correct ip address). I click ‘connect’, it brings up the signin screen. But I can not enter anything in the user id field, when I click on it, it goes to a solid blue and does not allow me to enter anything. I telnet to the device, get an Activation code. When I enter the code it says it expired, yet I just got it and it is good for 2 days. I have uninstalled the mycloud many times and still get the same results. I have 2 desktops and 2 laptops that I can not get to mycloud.
Any ideas?
