My unit has been out of service for some time. Just relocated my office and put it back online. I can see some of the pics and videos I have loaded but cannot sign in to anything. Have tried the 4 sec reboot to no avail. Dashboard sign in does not work. Any help in resetting login info would be greatly appreciated.
