I’m at that point as well. I would have rather spent 50 bucks more for the same item, minus this garbage Smartware. I absolutely hate it. I’ve spent 3 weekends trying to get my external hard drive to actually let me click and drag music to it. Firmware updates don’t hide the cd either.:manmad:
