Hi all, I've heard great things about this brand so I decided to give WD a try. I recently bought a 5TB Black drive (7200RPM w/ 128MB cache) and it's great but when shutting down, I notice there is a noise after everything has powered off.

I have 10 days left to return it through Newegg & the only thing on it is game recordings of mine (which can easily be moved to another drive). Is this noise going to be detrimental in the long run/what exactly IS the noise? It ONLY makes the noise after shutdown. During normal operation, it is mostly silent unless I'm reading/writing to/from it.
