Well ever since last update that took place, we have only been able to the following:

Auto sync pic’s n Doc’s though app n desktop
View content by folders only.

Not able to:
View in photo mod
View in Albums

software version 7.14.0-130
Connection type Direct
Got any idea’s

All ready attempted
Reboot all network equipment(no changes or updates make to network equipment and this only device with issue. )
Removed WFD discovery and my cloud home app and reinstalled fresh.
Rebooted mycloud (no change)
hooked up mycloud to main router it self, and to all proven working switches : no change
No pending updates doe any android nor window devices atm
Attempted in android emulator memu, bluestacks and fdplayer: no change

system attempted on, Samsung s21 Ult, windows 10 64 pro, windows 10 64bit home

We have spent hours trying to trouble shoot and at least 2 calls to the “tech support” with over an hour in wait time and we still have this same issue. Unit working inside office but not on remote connection. I saw in another post, in different thread, someone said 2-3 days per their talk with tech support. Thankyou for posting it’s good to know we aren’t alone, but I’m sorry you’re the same boat as we are.

well they got me sending them the debug files… Hope I have good luck with it, funy part how it started working perfictly at the end of chat. So at least I have all the info copying over to diffrent drive.
