this is a 3 year old drive. 1.5 year ago i had mistakenly shutdown my pc while windows update then i got lots of bad sectors but zeroing the drive solved those issues until today i see this. should i change the drive? The RAW values are in Decimal

If the drive is still able to write and read without errors, I wouldn’t worry, but I would recommend you have a backup of your data just in case.

And also, you can attempt to retest the drive using DLG

Hi. Thanks for your reply! Do the read error rate concern you?? Are the other attributes ok? Last year this drive had lots of bad sector after a powercut but that was fixed after zeroing the drive.
