I just got a new Pc and backed it up with Acronis. I had WD smartware on the old pc, so I am not familiar with Acronis yet. I backed up the whole pc.
On WD Smartware, I could create a shortcut so I could quickly get to the folder I wanted . But on the new back, when I right click it only gives three options, and I cant figure out how to create a shortcut. Is there an easy way.
On Smartware when I looked at the folder contents, you could see the actual picture. Here on Acronis there are just icons, all of which are the same except the name. Is there a way to get the image.
ON Smartware, if I delteted a folder on the pc, it would remain in the backup, which caused the drive to fill up more quickly than the pc. It appears that this does not happen with Acronis, and the new backup does not have the deleted item any more.
