Sharing to other users on the cloud

Hi All,
I have a collaborator who has a WD Cloud Ex4100 trying to set up sharing for me.
He managed to, on my phone, manually add the device with the an access code so I can see the folders, but I how do I get the shared files with my logins (not his) on my computer? (mac or PC)

You can access your account from the mycloud.com. just access the mycloud.com and enter your email address and password to login.
