G’day, first post here…
Any input requested please about a possibly bricked NAS:
* ShareSpace WD40000A4NC not found by WD Link
* IP scan reveals it as 192.168.1.2, with scanning machine at 192.168.1.5
* Only indicator LEDs showing are the power button and the network activity (flashing with packet activity)
* NAS will not power down with the power button.
* NAS will not reset using the hard recessed button on the back (held for 14 seconds as per manual)
* Disks can be heard spinning (or is that a fan?)
Looks like I may be up for a new non-fried NAS?
