ShareSpace and iTunes

Upgraded to iTunes 10 and I lost the ability to see all the music I have on the drive when iTunes opens.  The drive shows up as an unnamed playlist.  Click on it and iTunes finds the drive, but does not list the contents of the folder.  Music still plays from the software.  Drive is still shared and I can see all the music in Windows Explorer.

This is a known issue caused by changes made by Apple to the protocol used by iTunes in iTunes 10. We are aware of the issue and looking for a possible solution. This problem is affecting many other devices that offer the same iTunes functionality. Sorry for the inconvenience and we will hopefully have a solution soon.

In the meantime, you can downgrade to iTunes 9 if you want iTunes functionality.

Wascar R is telling me to reset the WDShareSpace without losing any data and it will fix the iTunes 10 problem.  Is this correct???
