I can see the short cut to the home duo on my machine where I set it up. But when I shared the unit to my wife’s computer she cannot see it in her left wide windows explorer. She has to log into the website to see it.
Now a bit more info. When I first shared it to her she was using an HP laptop on Win 10 and the short cut did appear as expected. Then 2 weeks later we upgraded her to a new ASUS lap top on Win10. I reshared the duo from my computer again to her. But the shortcut on the ASUS Windows explorer will not show up on this new computer.
