Share names of drives connected to HUB and/or WD Live Plus

I have a hub with 2 WD Elements drives attached. When I look at my network the 2 drives have share names Elements

and Elements-1.  These same names appear when I access my hub from my WD Live Plus.  Is there anyway to rename these so that they are more meaningful?  I can never remember which one is which.

Eject them from the Hub, and connect them to your PC.

In the PROPERTIES setting for the drive, just set the VOLUME NAME to whatever you wish.
