Share collaborate but no folder share on the receiver

Hi, today the person who i share the folder to collaborate can’t find the shared folder.

I tried to reshare and readd the user to my cloud home duo, but the person still can’t see my share folder as before.

Please advise how to check for fix.

Ps to create the desktop user for the other, do i need to give the 9digit code of the my cloud home duo to the other who i share folder to collaborate.

Mine as well cannot access all shared folders. Please help us.
