Hello All,
I’ve been trying to set up my 4TB my cloud to be able to be accessed from outside of my network without the WD app. Im assuming the best way to do that is with FTP. I’ve enabled all the proper setting from the My cloud dashboard settings. Now i’ve been reading around for the better part of a day or two and and figured out that I need to Port Forward. I have no past experience with port forwarding so I relied on lots of online tutorials and stuff, but I didn’t have any luck. I am now relying on posting here to see if anybody here has any Idea’s on how to help me out. I am using a Telus Actiontec V1000H router
Any help would be great as I was starting to get annoyed earlier today with it all. Thanks.
