i know i can use it manuali, but i want to use wd quick view software.
the setup program is not good. if u can not program the software to detect the drive, why not give user an option to set the ip for program?
Aside from quickview not recognizing the my book, can you access the my book files and dashboard fine? Also try uninstalling the quickview version that you have, and download the one on the link below.
