Settings >> General >> Cloud Access >> Remote access needs to be On or not?

Hi,

I only want to use the NAS with two devices on my home network :
 - my macintosh with OS X Finder (using samba to read, write and delete files/folders) + http://wdmycloud.local/ with my browser  ;
 - my WD TV Live (using Samba to only read files/folders).

I do not need Internet Access, or iPhone/iPad access.

When I go to http://wdmycloud.local/
then Settings >> General >> Cloud Access
Remote access needs to be On or not ?

This is the only parameter that I do not understand in the Settings.

It is OK to turn it OFF.

So I clicked to turn off.

Then a popup showed up :

_ Disable Cloud Service _

Are you sure you want to disable cloud access? Remote access to the files on your device will no longer be available, either over the Internet or from your mobile devices.

Continue?

(Cancel)         (Continue)

So I clicked on Continue, popup disapeared, nothing happened, Remote Access is still on.

Last I turned off my Mac, my Nas & my WD TV Live.

I unplugged the WD TV Live ethernet cable.

This morning, I turned on my Mac & my Nas.

I opened my browser to http://wdmycloud.local

I tried to turn off Remote Access.

It works.
