Dear All,
Need urgent assistance on my EX2100. Yesterday the system prompted to upgrade the firmware to version 2.41.116 and I let run overnight before returning to check this morning. Only to find all my user profiles, folders and even the RAID setting reset. At the front, there are red light blinking with a message RAID Roaming enabled.
Appreciate your feedbacks on recovering the previous settings and data.
