Setting up Wireless SSD with mobile device - can't connect

Setting up my Wireless SSD for the first time. In trying to connect it up with my Samsung S9 via the SSD wi-fi, I continue to receive “Internet may not be available” messages on both the 2.4 & 5 GHz networks. Any tips on how to resolve this, so I can proceed with the My Cloud setup? Thanks.
