Hello I need some help I am needing to attach my cloud storage device to a network hub. I am trying to use the netgear en104. I have tried to hook it up but end up having issues, like it don’t work at all. Can someone give me some guidance and or would it be better to just get a network switch? Thanks
Have you visited the Learning Center and looked at the User Manual for the My Cloud Home. You may find information on how to connect yours.
yeah, i have but the thing that gets me is it says its connected but when I try and log in on the new os5 app it can not find my device
