I ran the set up disk and MyBook recognizes my computer but not the 3 other computers on my home network. Do I need to run the disk on each computer? Do I need to configure the sharing options on my computers?

It may be just the sharing. Windows 7 is very picky. You might set the sharing for the external to Everyone and see if that is. It may be more of a Windows problem.
