Services problems on live hub

I carnt seem to tune in to the services anymore.

I like the radio stations on (tunein),but no longer can get the stations to work.

Can i please get some help with this problem.

like putting on(1 mix radio&98.1 eagle classic rock) :(.

What error do you get?

Make sure the Hub has the latest firmware installed and if that’s the case then try a factory restore.
